Bid for Sale of Vehicle

Bids are invited for the sale of the following vehicle: -

The vehicle may be viewed at the MPA Workshop, Mer Rouge during weekdays from 9.00 to 14.30 hrs by contacting the office of the Senior Manager, Technical Services on Tel No. 206 5511 or 206 5514.

Bids, in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director-General, MPA and clearly marked “Sale of Vehicle” should be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Chief Officers’ Office, 1^st Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis not later than Monday 11 March 2019 at 14.00 hours (Local time). Offers received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.

Bids should remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date and be accompanied by a security, in the form of a Personal or Bank Cheque equivalent to 10% of the total quoted price. Bids not so secured will be rejected.

The successful bidder shall be required to effect full payment of the bid price and arrange to take delivery of the vehicle within 5 days from the date of award.

The MPA reserves the right to accept or reject any offer and to cancel the above exercise at any time prior to award without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder(s).
