Management is responsible for inspiring and driving quality as the Authority’s fundamental process for continuous improvement. Quality and customer satisfaction being the main concerns of the Authority, the MPA has established and maintains an efficient and effective quality system that meets the requirements of such international standards as ISO 9001:2008. This quality system has been communicated and explained to every employee who shall thereafter be involved in and committed to implementing the quality system. Senior Managers shall therefore not delegate responsibility for quality, but shall instead enthuse and encourage their staff, through effective work improvement teams to focus on ways and means to achieve quality goals, in accordance with the Authority’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
In addition, internal and third-party external audits shall be conducted at defined regular periods to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system.
